How to Fall Asleep

1.Lay your head on your pillow and think happy thoughts.

2.Get a drink of water.

3.Go to the bathroom.

4.If you have things on your mind write them down and say them outloud.

5.Count sheep.

6.Try to find different pisitions in your bed to sleep in.

7.Stare at something, anything,and hypnatioze yourself.

8.Listen to music.

9.If these don't help, you've got a problem.
